A note from Nina: Just as a For-Your-Information piece, the photography gallery & Studio that I used to work at (Benham Gallery 1216 is finally closing its doors after a fantastic 22-year-run in downtown Seattle. I had volunteered there during high school, and had the pleasure to work under Marita Holdaway & Jason Hasenbank for a few years, and have loved to return whenever I can. Please don't hesitate to contact them if you are interested in snagging a piece from the Benham before they leave! They have been a vibrant part of their neighborhood, a constant encouragement and inspiration to me, and while we wish Marita the best in her future work, we will miss the gallery! Check them out!
